Appointment Information

BEFORE APPOINTMENT

1. Your hair must be dropped off at the salon or in the drop-off mailbox at the entrance
   (2 days ahead) Closed Sunday-Monday

1. Make sure to identify your package with your name, service & day of appointment.

DAY OF APPOINTMENT

1. Your hair must be washed, detangled and braided

2. Arrive NO MORE than 5 minutes in advance.

3. 15 min grace time is given however, please notify us of your lateness.

4. After 30 min the appointment will be canceled.

Come prepared & have a hairstyle in mind. If ever you are unsure, we will come up with options.

IMPORTANT NOTICE :

• ✅ A 20$ deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Your deposit will be deducted from the total price of your service & the remaining balance is payable on the day of the appointment.

• If you do not own a credit card for online payment. You can send me an E-TRANSFER to the email provided below

** Cancellations should be notified at least 72 hours before the appointment to have the 20$ deposit refunded. Otherwise, the deposit is no longer refundable.
